Saw this wierd fish like creature in florida last week and it bourrowed into the sand as I was messing with it. It looked like a stealth bomber with a ray tail. I can't find any pic's that look like it on the web

I think you are talking about a horseshoe crab....its not a fish. They are really cute little guys. You can pick them up and play with them (as long as you keep them under the water!)
