NO
ammonia will react with H2o2 to give N2
since N2 is highly stable a lot of energy will be released in the reaction
Hence the reaction will be explosive

My grandmother used medicine - cabinet strength hydrogen peroxide to remove urine stains from cloth diapers and such. It will also remove either old or fresh pet urine stains from carpet. It makes a strange odor and fizzles like soda if the urine is fresh, so ventilate the area well and remove people and pets until the reaction is complete. I doubt there is enough chemical reaction with the ammonia in urine to create a high enough concentration of toxin to be harmful, but it is best to be on the safe side.

Depends on the concentrations. In thin watery solution you may get an effect similar to opening a bottle of sprite. With 20% H2O2 and 25% ammonia you might get a reaction on par with menthos in coke (at least that's what I've seen with sediments containing proteins), but hotter.

Yes, especially if you are using pharmaceutical grade peroxide like you can get from a drug store (about 5%), but as with any chemicals, be careful. Wear goggles, gloves and an apron, and be careful where you splash it.

If I remember right this is the same concoction the Nazis used in the V1 rocket. Although it was 90 something percent peroxide. So it could be explosive.
