stay away - just turn on your humidifier and that should do it.
wouldn't you feel better knowing that you are doing the best for your child - so many of these drugs get into our blood stream and can affect the baby - and you will never be able to pin point what the problem is - so just keep away form everything unknown

I do a similar aspect, purely its with Afrin nasal spray, or a offbrand of it. i won't be able to sleep without it--era. it is purely once actual earlier i doze off, perchance once in the course of the evening if its fairly undesirable. i imagine the significant challenge with it truly is, that it might want to be addictive. i'm no longer confident the way it may result the toddler, yet my OB advised me that nasal sprays which incorporates that, might want to be addictive, meaning... you may want to finally end up having to apply it continuously, especially a lot. I nonetheless use it often times, even however I possibly shouldn't. My OB honestly prescribed me Flonase... it truly is positive for pregnant women... however it did not help me in any respect. i tried it however.

salt water or saline is better to use when pregnant. sometimes when we use these products, some ends up going down our throats. consulting your physician can be best because he may be able to prescribe something for it that will not hurt your unborn child.
