Go to Tools=Internet Options=under General Tab look for Homepage and type in www.sbc.yahoo.com and click apply then click ok

Go to yahoo.com.When the page appears look to the top left and you will see "Make yahoo your home page".Click.

You can't delete your Yahoo home page. You can delete your shorcut link to it or your desktop icon that gets you there quickly...
visit www.yahoo.com and when there, find the My button... & you are there
