I don't know about Iceland, but in Norway it's popular, as it is in Alaska.

I'm afraid I don't know about dog-sleighing in Iceland (try checking the internet), but I have ridden the Icelandic horses there! It is soooo fun! I went to a place just outside of Reykjavik. It's called Laxnes Horse Farm. It's really awesome. Also go to the Blue Lagoon. Just ask anyone in Iceland about it. It's sorta a famous place there. Bring your swimsuit to the Blue Lagoon though! It's a geothermal natural pool with about 3-foot deep blueish warm water! It's like heaven. Do some research on all of this if you'd like! Sorry if it's totally no help, though.....
