its kinda different now from 1981 when Israel launched their own preemptive strike against Iraq's own.

one of the foremost concerns then was the irradiation that would occur if the destroyed reactor spread its radiation, killing huge numbers of civilians. therefore, the israelis chose to destroy the thing before it went 'hot'

but if iran is truthful abt its allegations, it mght be too late for america to launch a strike now.

the diplomatic fallout will be massive and america would be unable to pay the price.

That would make the US fighting wars on three fronts (Iraq, Afghanistan, Iran) - and North Korea is coming up. I'm very concerned about a military stretched over four wars.

So, no - I don't think so. Not now. Just keep the pressure on and get out of Iraq - it was a waste to go into Iraq. (Unless you own stock in a Dick Cheney corporation.)
