It is not help against Arabs but terrorists. The world wants to rid itself of this evil. There are Arab countries that are at peace with the rest of the world. Only the ones led by terrorists and the ones that want to wipe Israel of the map have enemies.

It seems that we like more clasical warfare then single actions like suicide strikes. And we can more tolerate Israeli warfare then yours.
So if you start from that, you can folow or reasoning.
It is not that we like dead inocent children of arabs, but military operation whatever it does, and whatever casualitys ther are , are more "likeable" to us then a single suicide mission which frighten us and our society.
If we imagine a military incursion localy, we alway think that our military can cope with such a problem whatever the price in casualities is .But when we imagine that some suicide bomber comes in our midst, and there is a posibility that our families and children become a target, it is a horror story for us.
So that is my reasoning on your question.
Until you change tactics, completly, ther will be antiarab sentiment.

because Arabs - or more generally Islamists are extremists in their view, tolerate nothing which is not Islamic (you can get killed for carrying a Bible in Saudi Arabia, never mind saying a mass), are totally hateful of anybody not like them (and therefore - and automatically "non-believers"), and are extremely aggressive in wanting to "cleanse" what they consider to be strictly Islamic land. They are ideally worse then Hitler. Thank God (or Allah) they don't have the military might that he had.

Not against Arabians but only against Hezbolah, that is great part of Lebanon's government. and There is no international help, only support to their cause to search, destroy and invade specific area.

Israel is in War against few groups and regions, all linked to Palestine cause.

World must know that Arabians are almost all contries from North Africa, Middle east and few in south Asia. Cristian, Indu, Xinthoist, Buddhist world are not against arabians, only against few countries with predominance of Sunits and not Xihitas.

There is no jihad or racism or two huge blocks. Only small region with all this turbulence due administrative issues and historical controversial decisions.
