Memory is. Graphics, that's another story. I do know that both ATi and nVidia provide graphics cards to Apple. However, I am not aware of an off the shelf card that comes with drivers for OSX. But, since ATi and nVidia both use unified drivers (more in the case of nVidia) then I suppose if you have an ATi graphics card or a nVidia card already then in theory you could pop a new one in and have it work. That's only a guess on my part. Neither ATi nor nVidia provide OSX drivers on their website. You're best off asking someone in an Apple store but I know what their answer would be. It couldn't hurt to try, you can always send the card back.
Some boards come in "Mac Edition" but not many and not the newer GPUs either.

Memory more often than video cards, but it's possible both are. But you always need to check on the side of the box for compatibility.

dell does no longer make video beautiful in playing cards. They purchase parts from manufacturers and carry jointly them into an overpriced piece of crap laptop. in certainty, it fairly is reminiscent of how apple operates.
