I possible, drill small holes in the outer surface, as opposed to in the flat lens surface. I am a science teacher and this happens to me with the lab goggles all the time. Holes in the outer rim, especially the top, let the warm, moist air out. You may even be able to find goggles designed with this.

By a city-fog inlay from a motorbike shop. (Or Spray)
Stop the inside of Crash helmets fogging up!

Or a THIN layer of washingup liquid, then neatly wipped off
via kitchen towel. (Needs practice to do perfect! - old biker trick that!)

drill small holes in the side/corners im not sure what they look like, but they just need more air.
