I just clicked on live chat and I was 3rd in the queue with 45 seconds wait time. And then sure enough I got connected to a human! I actually got my answers I needed. It workssssssssssssssssssssssssssss!!!!

click the live chat button, they'll claim that there is no phone number that you can call, but if you have a security issue they will ask you for your number and then they will call you.

there should be a button you can click on on their webpage that says "livechat" it's an instant messager to them
