Your best chance of conceiving a boy baby would be to know when you ovulate. A baby can be conceived by intercourse occuring up to three days before ovulation or about a day after ovulation. Sperm carrying the sex factor to produce a boy baby swim faster. Sperm carrying the sex factor to produce a girl baby swim slower, but live longer.
Your best time to conceive a boy baby is to have intercourse the day before you will ovulate. This will give time for only the male sex factor sperm to reach the egg and by the time the female sex factor sperm would arrive at the egg, it will already be fertilized.
(Of course you would have to abstain from sex for the two or three days before this in order to be more certain.)
So... figure out when you will ovulate. Abstain from sex for 3 to 4 days before that day. Have sex the day before. That's your best chance (no guarantee!) (Keep in mind that if your partner produces more healthy sperm carrying the female sex factor, you'll wind up with a girl or no baby at all...)

There are NO medications which will make your baby a male, or female. It is a roll of the dice. You get what you get, when the baby is born.

don't use the medicine for female baby.
in astrology they says that having sex in some particular times helps for male baby............
