I have also had nothing but problems with DHL:
- drivers don't come when they are supposed to
- packages don't come when they are supposed to
- packages are ripped into and things are stolen out of them
I do have to say that our DHL driver who drops things off is really nice, but the ones you get to pick up are useless. It's not their fault, though - they all complain that DHL is horrible to work for.
I can only agree - use UPS - I've never had problems with them!!!

Use DHL every day. Never had a problem. Nothing lost, nothing delayed, nothing damaged. Been using them for over a year now. Went with them because UPS had worse service at a higher price. Sorry you had a problem, but that's life.

I totally agree with you. What sort of courier service only delivers Mon - Fri between 9am & 5pm - when EVERYONE is at work and so clearly won't be at home to receive delivery!!! Useless bunch of *******'s!!!
