regulus black.for sure. because initials are same.and because of the locket mentioned while cleaning black house.and because jk rowling was once asked in an interview if he was RAB and she said that is a fair guess.and In Half-Blood Prince, Mundungus is seen with articles taken from the house, and in the company of the barman from the Hog's Head. J.K. Rowling confirmed that the barman is Dumbledore's brother Aberforth. Aberforth was described as drawing his cloak about his throat as he walked away from the scene. It is possible that he now has the locket.so thats my guess.

I think you should give a hint as to what is RAB? a light company? a radio? or are you referring to book?

I think it will be one of the guys Voldemort worked for on Nocturn Alley, or Diagonally. In the store where Harry saw Lucius and Malfoy trying to sell things. I believe his last initial is B.

Regulus Black. I'm almost positive it's him, after all they found the locket at Grimwauld Place while cleaning. I hope Harry (or more likely Hermione) remembers that soon!

regulus black, sirius' brother, who became a death eater and then tried to quit. i forget what the a stands for... but sirius mentioned having an uncle whose name began with the letter a, so that is probably regulus' middle name too.
