Well since Arab Islamist fundamentalists are going about blowing themselves up along with innocent people in the belief that they will be attended to by several virgins in whatever they call the afterlife, I think its a safe bet that they are top of the tree (and bottom of the food chain)

The Nazis had a belief that they were descended from a race of super beings and that they (the Nazis) had a duty to wipe out lower beings (untermenschen) in order to give themseklves more living space.
The Arab Islamist fundamentalists aren't looking necessarily to expand, but based on the belief systems of groups like Hezbollah (Or Shiite v. Sunni), they are bent on destroying people who don't share their complete beliefs.
American Hawks don't think that they are superior to anyone. They basically want to be left the heck alone. They do have an expanded definition of when someone is not leaving them alone.
I think I've listed the groups above with the maddest at the top and the least mad at the bottom.

Arab Islamist Fundamentalist are far and away more mad than the Nazis or American Hawks. Arab Fundamentalist want to kill everyone. The Nazis tried to kill the Jews for a whole host of other reasons. American Hawks aren't looking to kill anyone--they just don't want anyone fvcking with them.

Nazis, definitely.
They are the only people through the history that intended to eliminate whole nations as part of their ideology.
Muslim fanatics may hate Jews and American hawks may hate everyone else, but none of them keep the idea of "clearing the world from..." and building factories of death in order to wipe out nations and people in their agenda. At least not at the moment.

the Nazis wanted to kill the Jewish body , the Muslims want to eradicate the very existence and history of the Jew . American hawks are totally mad because they don't understand that they are next and should use their nuclear capability now

Nazi's didn't blow themselves up for their cause, they just bullied their way through the world. Islamic extremists have no regard for even their own life so that would make them a more dangerous enemy.

hawks are bad but you really shouldn't compare them to Nazis and terrorists. and of course Nazis were/are the most insane of all.

eh..? " American Hawks..?? sorry to sound thick but i fly Amrican Hawks... ( Harris Hawk and Red Tails ) ..what do they have to do with the other 2 ..?
