She's apologized and promised not to do it again but I don't trust her. I'm not strong enough to just wait and see if it happens again! Where do I go from here? Is it only time that will heal and time that will help regain the trust?

If I could, I would walk away from this relationship, I don't like her personality or attitude but we work together! I like my job - Should I let her push me out of it?

Well, she apologized, that's a good start. Don't put too much thought into it, and don't give too much of yourself either. You can be friends with people without being a doormat or letting someone bully you around. You set the standards as to how you allow anyone to treat you. Therefore, there is no need to trust or distrust her. It's on you.

What more CAN she do than apologize and promise to not do it again? The ball is in your court now. You either accept that and 'wait and see' or you decide you'd rather not take that risk and walk away from the relationship.

Once a bully, always a bully, personally i know i wouldnt be able to trust her again. If you have to speak to her just speak about work related items.
