I read a case study once about a man who could not become excited unless he saw crutches, was on crutches, or his wife was on crutches. His pathology threatened his marriage.
Another case study detailed a man who was obsessed with putting objects inside his penis. Eventually it became infected, which spread to his bladder and the man died of blood poisoning from the infection. His pathology meant the end of his life.
