1) Change your e-mail add
2) Block his e-mail address or domain
3) Send a personal e-mail to inform the other party

You shouldn't have to change your email, so identify this person as Spam, use your Blocked sender's list, and take the address out of you address book.
Never again open the sender's email then.
If it continues report to your ISP directly

When you receive an email from them, mark it as "BLOCK SENDER"
