Nice water, and for a little more taste, lemon Fanta, Vanilla Coke, flavored beer (just a little) or iced tea (preferably peach- it's my fav for iced tea) !

Water. If you are involved in sports, or working out side you could drink gatorade to replace the lost electrolytes.

Water, since it absorbs correctly and can quench thirst. Additives, especially sugar, slow water absorption.

Gatorade should really be half water half Gatorade to absorb quickly and prevent dehydration.
