My uncle owned a disco club in Fayetteville, NC back in the 70's. It was good i guess, i was only 8 or so then. But i remember other family members saying Disco SUcks, and wearing shirts that had DISCO SUCKS on them. Maybe they dont like the line dancing of everyone doing the same exact move like a heard of cattle. (Sort of like country line dancing)

Those who hate disco dont know how to enjoy the life.

Disco is not music..
Disco is NOISE.
Disco destroys your hearing.
Unless you can talk without raising your voice, the noise is too loud. It will hurt your hearing.

I think it was the whole Saturday Night Fever disco scene, hair, clothes, dances, lights, and the music was the worst--Bee Gee's!!!

disco is enjoyable. it launced the career of donna summer, and inspired millions to take dance lessons.
some people don't like disco, but some people don't like toons, either (especially judge doom).
it's just a matter of taste, i guess.

Because it sucks.Its not even music and it sounds horrible and the music is fake because most of them dont play instruments and have machines that make music.

because it's two dimensional shallow music and really really annoying. also makes people dance like morons.
