I found a website that might help you with some ideas. You may have to search around a bit, but it might help you brain storm. The hardest part is finding the subject you want to talk about. If the website doesn't help then maybe something along the lines of what children think on certain subjects. I remember some TV show or something where an adult would ask a child what they think a certain word means or what they think about a certain subject. I'm not sure what you are looking for or what class it's for, but I hope it goes well for you.
You need to remember that it's not the subject of a lecture that is important...it's all in the presentation. Even the most interesting subject can be delivered in a way that's boring and you can also make a subject that is considered boring by most people interesting if you deliver the lecture well.
