You go to court and have her served. Don't wait for her to make the first move. If you have her served, then you will have to be there because you made the first move. Consult with a lawyer to find out the best way of doing this. Not seeing your son for 4 1/2 years is way too long. What is taking you so long to make that move?

you will miss your son and that feeling will never fade. you need to go to court but you need to show the court you all getting your self some help and that you have a good home and stable life for him. Kids are not taken from there mothers with out could cause.
get off drugs before you even think about being around your son . Sometimes people see kids like they belong to them, this is not the way to look at it. see them as people that hurt when you do the things that you do. I know i sound hard and mean but iam just trying to help. If what i said really makes you mad very mad, maybe you should really listen than. truth hurts and makes you mad, just think about it

The court has to serve you notice! If your not getting notice, tell them or it's your own fault. Check the address they have, it might be wrong and they don't know. You should have a case number. CAll the court, give them then umber and ask them when the next hearing is.

Or like the someone else said, file your motions and have her served.

Get a lawyer, you have rights too. If you can't afford a lawyer goto the court house and look into a pro bono or one that will take payments. But if you are determined enough you can make things happen.
