Have somebody use a flashlight to look at the back of your throat. If they see any white spots, you have a real Strep infection. You have to get that cultured and then treated immediately with prescription antibiotics. Otherwise a chronic Strep infection can go systematic (into your blood) and your immune system may form antibodies against some of your heart tissue. That is very serious, and you can die from it.
If it just a normal sore throat from a cold or sinus condition, then the irritation is probably from constant sinus drainage. Rest on your stomach with your nose facing straight down for 15 minutes, to see what happens if you stop the drainage. If that helped, then try some sinus allergy or antihistamine cold medicine to dry things out and stop the drainage. You can buy some new antihistamines that don't make you sleepy, if you need to work or drive.

Untreated strep may bring about heart harm and in severe situations, be deadly if the micro organism overwhelms the body. notwithstanding, strep can only be clinically determined with an acceptable attempt and some viral sore throats may be only as painful (or moreso) than strep. you do not inevitably might want to bypass to a medical institution for remedy and really, you probably shouldn't use the medical institution in that way. A kinfolk medical professional or walk in sanatorium is many times less severe priced. And, in quite some factors, there are free or inexpensive clinics accessible. interior the period in-between, attempt gargling with warmth salt water (2 tsp. table salt dissolved in a tumbler of warm temperature tap water) each 3 to 4 hours and take ibuprofen interior the perfect dose each 4 hours for discomfort alleviation.

get a aloe vera leaf. Strip the leaf on one side, take a spoon scrape the meat out of the leaf into a glass, mix with your favorite juice or any liquid you like. stir for about 20 seconds. Slam it down it doesn't taste that bad either just a little sour or bitter actually. Now this has to be at least a half of glass full. Not of the plant but of liquid and plant mixed. You just need one healthy leaf. Do it twice in one day and poof its gone ..Promise. good luck.

You should go to the doctor but something that I find very useful for sore throat is to boil water, pour it into a glass add one teaspoon of salt and let it go cold. When it is cold garggle with it once every hour or so, it does sting a little but the salt kills the blisters and takes the soreness away.

If you have step then you really should get an antibiotic from the doctor. Warm salt water is a temporary relief when you gargle with it and helps to keep the infection down.

You should really go to the doctor. Untreated strep throat can lead to scarlet fever and damage internal organs.

Try fresh pure lemon or lime juice mixed with honey. Don't drink it all at once. Sip it. Take 1000mg of vitamin C every couple of hours. It won't go away quickly, no matter what you do, but this will make it go away quicker.
Antibiotics will destroy your immune system. Doctors use them so they can perpetuate stronger strains of diseases so they don't go out of business.
