It took an hour to get a cheese pizza delivered, and there is a long blonde hair imbedded in the cheese. Do I eat the rest of the pizza or call to have a replacement ...or is hair in food just a fact of life? Maybe the replacement pizza will have something worse in it!

The blonde hair was protected from the heat by the extra cheese and it wound through the cheese in one slice only and it was *Pizza Hut* Maybe they can come and try to sue me for naming them ....It was just a hair not a finger....but maybe I can become famous.

They should prepare food with care.
Hair in food upset my appetite.
Call them to recall this pizza for a new replacement immediately and negotiate with the manager for better compensation. It is their fault. Do not tolerate and live with it.
With all the disease erupting nowadays one must be careful.

return the pizza and ask for a refund and never use them again, cause if you do like you say you could get worse in the next pizza.

If the blonde hair is still there you could get in touch with public health people and get the pizza place in a lot of trouble.

Call to let them know and ask for another if it bothers you. I would just remove the hair and eat the pizza.

I used to work in fast food and if you're being serious (which it does happen sometimes), then you should call the place and tell them what happened. They should either offer you your money back or offer you another pizza. But don't eat that sh*t unless it's your hair!

That's a hard one. I'd have a tough time eating that pizza. My husband once found a fly cooked into the middle of his reuben sandwich. He definitely told the waitress. They apologized and gave him another one, but we still got charged for one. When something like that happens, you should at the very least get it for free.

call them back , talk with the manager , hair net laws are in place for a reason. Do not have them deliver you a new pizza , they may spit in it . ask for a refund . do not call them next time , try someone else.

fyi, if you have evidence of the hair, i.e. a witness or two, you don't need to worry about getting sued. truth is a valid defense. tell as many people as you like. soon, pizza hut employees will be wearing hair nets, i can assure you.
