its been very long time i not contact him,but i noe that i miss him a lot.i cant tell him straight away that i miss him,because he will think strange.i dunno whether he likes to recieve my msg or not,so i not dare to msg him...

Then if you never tell him, he will never know. Why would he find it strange that you miss him? There is nothing wrong with missing a friend and sending him a message every so often. Why not take a risk, what if he feels the same way? And if he doesn't, then you will know from the beginning and you can take the guessing out of the way.

If it is someone you care about and you had a positive relationship with and want to remain friends, contact him once and see what happens. Then he can decide if he wants to contact you. Be accepting of his rejection if that is the case. Perhaps he misses your friendhip, too, and you'll reconnect. You'll never know unless you try.
