Interpretations are quite subjective. What's dangerous for one can be naive or innocuous for another.
A dangerous (terrorist) man has no ethnicity, religon, culture or geographical backgrounds.

I believe that westerner are the most dangerous men in the world , because you can't believe that they are with you or just try to show that they are with you , they are the servants of US and they do what US told them . and it is because they owe US since world war 2 that they get some loan from US and they are owe him right now.
But eastern people especially middle eastern people are not as dangerous as the European are because every body know everything about them and they have no claim about democracy like US that by this excuse want to get the oil and gas in middle east . What a democracy they have !

Their equal, it all depends on who they are. You can't just say all middle eastern men are dangerous just because only one is causing all the trouble. Same with the westerner you can't just say all western men are dangerous just because only one causes the trouble. It depends on how powerful their faith is. So better not go judging everyone by their race.
