Milk doesn't affect skin's coloring. I think putting lemon on your face might help a little bit, and there are some bleaching creams available too, but what's wrong with being dark? I'm born with fair skin too, except mine can't and won't become much darker and people are always telling me I *should* try to get a tan, which is something I can't do.

No and no. Sounds like you need to stay out of the sun. Genetics decide your fairness or darkness.

No, but lemon does remove tan and may lighten ur skin colour. apply paste of haldi, chandan n milk. it makes a difference.

No.. if u were born fair.. you can use Kumkum powder with milk.Result will be absolutly positive.. try for 4 months..
Its a famous ayurvedic herb from India.Most of new born babies will be showred with kumkum water. I think u can find it..

milk does'nt make skin fairer.
instead use beauty creams which contain saffron,it is effective for lightening skin colour.
