There is no question of who is smarter. Monkeys and humans are smart in their own ways and environs. Often dictated through experiences and inferences.
You will be interested to note that we did not evolve from "Monkeys".
The genetic constitution (make up) of a human is about 96% similar to that of a Gorilla and 98% similar to that of the Chimpanzee!

How many times do I have to say it? We aren't evolved from monkeys, we both evolved from a common ancestor millions of years ago. It's more like they're cousins one billion times removed than our ancestors. As to whom is better, it depends on which one you ask. We think we're better because we invented clothing, fire, buildings, weapons, etc. Monkeys think they are for the very same reason.

Better at what? Humans are better at abstract thought... well some humans. Monkeys are better at flinging thier own dung and swinging from trees.
By the way, if you'll check in to it, you'll find that man did not evolve from monkeys. "... man and ape decended from a common primate ancestor."

We did NOT evolve from monkeys! We share a common ancestor with chimps, bonobos, and great apes. Which means that millions of years ago we came from a different primate. Some of those primates became apes, some chimps, some bonobos, and some us.

At this point it would be better to let the monkeys rule the world. I think they would cause less damage.

Monkeys still in jungle from millions of years.
man make houses, cars , plans, computers. by this man is better
but who enjoy his life this is the question.

Monkeys, no doubt about it. No monkey caused greenhousegasses, holocausts, WMD's, you name it.
We are a bit of evolution sadly gone wrong, but I have good hopes we will correct that and exterminate ourselves soon.
