No,you never catch up on sleep. However if you find time to go to bed earlier than usual you are able to get the much needed rest your body may be deprived of. That's the best it gets!!!!

Sure we can :), try Yoga ....they teach you to relax your body and you can get 8 hrs sleep in 2 hrs of yoga.
It actually works, I hit the sack at around 4 am (ready to die) ..but I try this method and 8-am I am up and ready to rock!

no, if you lose hours at night doing nothing....u can't not sleep for an extra 5 hours in the day to make up for it.
