No, you are ok. I have had 4 babies. you are just getting closer to giving birth. Usually when the plug comes out, you usually go into labor w/i 2 weeks.

No, you are okay. You may not efface at all until the day you go into full labor. Effaced just means the walls of the uterus are gettin thinner so that the baby can come out more easily. I had a similar experience with 1 of my babies.

Don't ask for intervention unless you and babies aren't coping well with labor. If there is no medical reason for an intervention, leave things alone.

No, sounds like you are doing fine. The mucus plug is lost sometimes 2-3 days before delivery, sometimes more.

give it time.i assume your water has gushed so it wont be long.since your 3 cm and not effaced you may need a shot to start labor.
