The question implies somehow that you are not enjoying right NOW and somehow selling the house and having a lot of cash on hand will make us enjoy life.
The basic error repeats itself that somehow happiness lies in the future and is somehow elusive in the NOW

you have 30 years after ww3. because we have to first declare war..we have to be on the last pope. and were not there yet. so the world ending.is like you giving away all your goods because your going to win the lottery the next day. try again in 29 years............

Ok, which war are you refering to as world war 3? The war on terror? the war in iraq? the war in afganistan? the israel/palestinian war? The bombing of lebanon? Take your pick because theres a hell of a lot of wars going on at the moment.
And correct me if i'm wrong, but none of them are world wide conflicts.
