I hardly sleep. If I sleep then i will waste about half of my life which i do not want to. I know it is imp to sleep as it rests ones mind therefore i rest for only 3 to 4 hrs every day. To beat sleeping you can try deep meditation it will takae you about a year of practice but if you perfect this technique of yoga then after ten minutes meditation you will feel as if you have slept for 4 hrs. I m still trying to perfect this art and the day i do it i will only rest for 1 hr ar even less.

I sleep. I get tired and I sleep. Certain part of the month, it seems, I don't do much except sleep!

most people I know of sleep. It's the body's way of resting and regenrating.
