Ghost with Demi Moore and Patrick Swayze-now more than ever since I lost my husband unexpectedly to sudden cardiac arrest at the age of 44 after 23 yrs of marriage. We had watched that movie several times together and always talked about how our love was that deep. It kinda now gives me a little hope he can look down on us and be proud of the way I am raising our children-still have an 8 & 9 yr. old to raise.

Labyrinth

It's a movie from 1986 staring David Bowie and Jennifer Connelly.

I recommand this movie to everyone who has children... Though not the youngster among us... It's a little scary... At least back than when I was very small I thought it was scary...
But it's a beautiful fantasy movie. I still have to get it on DVD!!!
It's a must to me...

Actually there are many more movies that are very good but after more than 15 years Labyrinth is still one of the best Movies I have ever seen...

Phase IV is pretty memorable. I highly recommend it. It's about ants taking over the world--but it's shot very smartly, with live ants! It's hard to find, though. You'll have to search in video stores that are sort of "underground" (not mainstream, like Blockbuster). I found it in Cinephile in West LA.

Of course Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb is one of the most memorable anti-war films I've seen.
