Kilroy was in charge of inspecting welds on ships during
ww2 and he would write on the ships deck after inspecting
"Kilroy was here" and for that he became an icon

If you mean the one who was writing on every rock "Kilroy was here", he is LONG dead. He was an outlaw cowboy back when USA didn't have aircraft carriers, long-range nuclear rockets, and was just a small weak attempt to be a country. 1800-and-something
