Hello,
People it saddens me that the world we live in is dominated by politics and that there is constant, greed, hunger, war, destruction and hate for things that we don't understand
Propaganda seems to be the way of the world these days, people believe what they hear, because they either can't/won't make up their own mind that we are all equal and should learn to live in peace!!
Think I'll start the east bay punk mafia, government party!! work for the people, live for the people and forget all them fake politics that keep mannequins in power right now, they lie, cheat, steal and double cross the people for personal gain...
Thankyou for reading!!
Much appreciated!!

People seem to idealise the word "freedom" far too often.
Even if people are "free" their mind is often caged. They make themselves prisoners with their thoughts.
People who are "Young, Free and Single," may not actually feel that way. Perhaps they long for a relationship with someone, yet are too afraid or damaged to.
A good example is what happens in "Lord of the Flies" by William Golding. The boys are marooned on the tropical island, and are free from all their old society's rules and routine, yet they have to establish ones of their own based on their old society, and become entrapped themselves.
Even "punk" is not an expression of freedom anymore - if you act like a stereotypical punk today you are simply conforming to society's expectations.
And besides - human societies, wherever they are, need people in positions of power in order to have a direction in their lives, and something to aim their feelings towards. We shape our identities from other people, iconic figures, heros. Hence why there have always been tribal leaders, kings, pharohs, Gods.
I don't believe in true freedom, only personal opinion, and different grades of rules and restrictions!

We will never be free as long as we put our trust and money into a government that earns more than most of the people living and working their butts off in this country.
We will never be free until we learn that if we all work together we can make this world better, lets not just to know the neighbours next door but get to know our neighbours across the waters.
We will never be free whilst we compete against other countries.
Basically we will never be free !!
But on a lighter note you'd get my vote !!

I don't think mankind will ever be free as it is at the mercy of human nature. Power to the East Bay Punk Mafia - long live freedom.

We are free. Free in the sense that matters most. We have freedom of thought and action. All the other stuff is only important in a superficial way. The time we spend here on earth is but a blip. The real freedom is yet to come, but while we're hear, use the real freedom we have for the betterment of others.

Politicians might have to do all that for the public good, also. Being in Politics is not so clean and simple, the good and the bad usually get dirty.
A Utopia involving two, maybe even one or more free minded beings, couldn't exist. You want to work for "the people", but you don't mean "the" you mean "certain". Different people want different things.

Mankind will truly be free when we abandon all societies. But if we were to do that, then we would be no better than animals. I guess civilization must come at the cost of freedom and freedom comes at the cost of civilization.

Probably when we care more about others than we do ourselves. How many of us really know our neighbors Beyond the occasional hello? We are taught to fear so many things, even ourselves. I don't think we can truly be free until our society can trust eachother.
