I've had a couple of Porsches. I just sold my 924S last month.
It was a front engine liquid cooled rear wheel drive car. It was awesome compared to the 911 I had before. The rear engine car was too much like a Volkswagen. I didn't like it. I'm not a typical Porsche owner. I have several hot rods and muscle cars. If you play with cars you have to try out a Porsche at least once to understand the hype.
If you have Porsche questions go to:
http:www.rennlist.com
I learned everything I needed to know about my Porsche there.
They don't have a bunch of idiots answering questions like we have here.

Why haven't you asked a Q. about porsche? All you did in this Q. is ask why anyone hasn't asked about a certain subject. :>

Probably so, fellow fan.
So many even think that Porsche is French, when half the world know it's German! Long live Boxer Engines!
