The legend of Zelda The minish cap, and Metroid fusion are 2 of the best. I'm a huge fan of the series and love all the games in the series.

By far the best GBA games are Metroid Fusion and Metroid: Zero Mission. They have action, adventure, exploration and puzzle elements and keep you coming back.
