that person who killed the person illegally, acutally he/she did one thing "He/She didnt kill that single person but the WHOLE human being!"

This is the biggest sin in the world which has nothing to make out what you have done.

Thats why Muslims dont kill illegal people but those who do violation and injustice to mankind. Plus Muslims take care of old men and women, childeren, young women, animals, trees, rivers etc. In general all those things which dont not take a part of injustice and voilation work are not considered in killing. Terrorism is an other thing than a Jhehad. Go and read explanation about Jhehand you got a very less knowledge.

Islam is greatest and topest level of religion in the class of all religion. Those rules in this religion are not created by anyone but God. And Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) is His true messanger.

Well, if I am not mistaken, there are 32 kinds of jihad. You are performing jihad fee qalem (jihad with the pen.) The most noble, is jihad an Nafs (spiritual jihad of morality.)

It is the jihad fee sybil Allah (jihad in the way of Allah) to kill kuffar (unbelievers like Christians, Jews, Hindus) that non-Muslims generally find is objectionable. It is LEGAL to kill non-Muslims, isn't it?

Actually, Qur'an 5:32 says:
مِنْ أَجْلِ ذَلِكَ كَتَبْنَا عَلَى بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ أَنَّهُ مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا بِغَيْرِ نَفْسٍ أَوْ فَسَادٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَكَأَنَّمَا قَتَلَ النَّاسَ جَمِيعًا وَمَنْ أَحْيَاهَا فَكَأَنَّمَا أَحْيَا النَّاسَ جَمِيعًا وَلَقَدْ جَاءَتْهُمْ رُسُلُنَا بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ ثُمَّ إِنَّ كَثِيرًا مِنْهُمْ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فِي الْأَرْضِ لَمُسْرِفُونَ

On that account: We ordained for the Children of Israel that if any one slew a person - unless it be for murder or for spreading mischief in the land - it would be as if he slew the whole people: and if any one saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of the whole people. So that proscription against killing was given to Jews and according to the Qur'an the Jews did not obey.

What is meant by Killing:
Killing some one
1. for the sake of plundering his personal wealth,
2. to captivate some body's women and
3. for expansion of power to organise in illegal business etc
are called COLD BLOODED MURDERS.

Killing is:
1. Bus Accident 10 peolple killed
2. 10 Children killed due to having poisoned food
3. Fire broke down in Cinema hall and 12 killed
4. during the war between Israel & Egypt 100 soldiers were killed in a aircraft accident.

Apart from natural death, a death that occurs due to any reason to the human being is a sin. It could have occured in a fight between two groups for a pot of drinking water. That is not called killing and is murder.

1 for Murder, punishment is death, (except for the elite familiies)
2. for Drug trafficking punishment is death (except in Afghanistan)

Example: Consuming alchohol - I know a number of Muslims consume alchohol - for that they have license. They drink and enjoy.
