Possibly. The free bus pass they issue to the over 60s in Wales is valid throughout the whole of Wales, so it may be a similar situation in England.

If you have got a 'Diamond' bus pass, it is valid in ALL parts of England.

I live close to the border of 4 Councils, and the bus pass that the over 60's have is valid in all of them.

I think Birmingaham accepts only the local Centro Pass. Mine can be used in the West Midlands county only so I shouldn't expect one issed in Rother (where is that - Rotherham?) to be valid.

Check with the council - most are within districts and counties ONLY...
