lemon juice n honey. it works. And ya never stop eating food but instead eat something that is nutritious n it does not contain lots of fats & carbohydrates.
You can do one more thing before going to bed or in the early morning , have a glass of warm water.

Go to your doctor for a physical and ask him about a healthy diet. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water and excercise, even going for nice long walks is good excercise. Eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables, not too many sweets.

you ca do yoga exercises and do lot of walking . do your work your self donot depend on others do dieting also with perfect diet and regular exercises you can reduce your weight you can join slimming cources like vlcc if you can afford drink lot of fruit juices. omit oily things have a very balanced diet . lie on your back take a deep and long breath in and out throuh lower portion of your diaphram but do not sleep your stomach muscles get contracted and you feel your body.. very light. in the morning take lemoon juice without salt and sugar be happy and keep fit

zip up ur mouth.. whenever u're hungry drink water... just eat 1 apple for dinner and a sandwich for lunch.. u should eat a normal breakfast though (without any fats)
Excercise at least 3 times a week.. swimming, jogging, yoga, aerobics, etc..

although there are a lot of diets out there the best thing to do is just eat a balanced one. lots of fresh meat, a small amount of carbs(potatoe and rice etc) , lots fo fruit and veg. hav a small treat each day to keep your moral up. keep exercising, and smile!!!!

if you really want to stop getting fat, get a hold on yourself and dicipline yourself to eat healthier and less, Get motivation from friends and family so you dont go trhough it alone and start doing exercise by yourself if you dont want other people to see you, Believe in yourself AND GO ON!!! eat less, work out more. Maybe you are not eating enough fiber or too many carbohydrates. Too much rice or bread or pasta?
