A religion? That take I've never heard before. No it hasn't. Gays come from every religion and culture of the world. Some are just more accepting than others. It's a core sexuality, it occurs naturally for somewhere between 8 and 11 percent of people, with more people being bisexual. Science has been trying to tell people that for decades -- but then again, they've been explaining the world wasn't flat for centuries, and one fundamentalist Muslim group only removed their fatwa against believing it was round a decade or so ago, while the Christian "Flat Earth Society" only finally folded more recently than that -- so who am I kidding.

PS Leowin -- even if all people became homosexual -- it woudln't be the end of man on the earth -- it would just reduce us to zero population growth -- something to be desired actually. Do you have any idea what percentage of gay couples have kids? I didn't think you did. There are methods of artificial insemination, and there are all sorts of arragements you can make to have children -- surrogate mothers, agreements between lesbians and gay men using the old turkey baster -- etc. Mankind would be fine -- not that it can happen, it can't -- but if it did, mankind would be fine.

Yes my child we are indeed a religion. And Jesus is our leader as he was actually a gay man and very proud of it too i might add! He started the first gay pride in Bethlehem with His gay lover Judas (who later betrayed him because he caught Jesus kissing Paul when both were extremely pissed on some wine that Jesus had turned from water). He also started the first gay night club called Trinity which was extremely popular while it lasted. Jesus did more for gay rights than anyone else in history but sadly the Christians don't want the rest of us to know this and have almost obliterated this from history. Good job i did my research!

What now religion is trying to take over homosexuality, can't people just be who they are and believe in whatever they want.

No.

There is no common set of beliefs, there is no singular way of living; those who think it is are as misguided as those at www.godhatesfags.com

Homosexuality is a sexuality, an orientation and determines one thing and one thing only: the people you're sexually attracted to.

No. Homosexuality is a way of life. its not a belief or faith. With religion you can choose what you believe or what you don't believe. I could choose to be either Catholic or Baptist, I can not choose to be homosexual, that is something that was out of my control.

It is not condoned by any religion,it is actually frowned upon by all, so if gay people are now getting married then yes i think they have started they own form of church.
The founder was some gay fellow in the church!

By definition, religion requires a belief in supernatural powers.

Since being gay does not imply a belief in supernatural powers, the answer is no.

take care.

No! I dont need a god (real or fake) to tell me that spending my life with another woman is right or wrong,I'm happy with who i am. Religion causes to many wars as it is.
