I am an American, and I am not suprised.
I think Bush screwed up.
We had a surplus in our budget, more money coming in than was going out.
We had a system that made it possible to go from welfare to work, and not have to spend some nights hungry.
We saw a reduction in corporate welfare, government buyouts of privately owned business to keep them running and making profits for their private owners and shareholders. Taxpayers didn't have to watch it and know it was gone money.
We had less tax breaks for corporate, and more for those of us who benefit the most from the extra income.
I was making money, nothing serious, in the stock market. I started an account with 200 and turned it into a small college fund.
It is gone; partly because my employablity became impaired under our new hippa laws which create easy access to all to our medical records, and partly because the economy became unstable.
We are currently having a draft that is not being publicized. It is being done in secret for the war in Korea that hasn't started yet.
He is fighting wars on too many fronts, the downfall of dictators in history. Napoleon, Hitler, Stalin...
Bush has done me no favors in office. He had not helped most of the people I know. He has cut funding to little kids with real medical problems, and to our elderly in the form of ridiculous cost of living increases on Social Security.
He allowed the insurance companies to become a mega power in how we live. We can't go get $17 birth control now, but we will ask the tax payers to support the baby until it has kids, and by the way, screw up the system so they can't work with out losing everything and increasing expenses.
He is spying up his sisters dress, peeping in granny's window, and eaves dropping on his parents and his betters. That is just wrong.
Some of these things could be argued in a circle until I got dizzy and said whatever. I lived some of them and this is how I see them.
Thank you for allowing me to live in America where I can express my frustration without fear.
Thank you to the veterans that fought for me to be free enough to come back to the hospital and volunteer to help you. See you tomorrow.
Bush didn't really win the elections fair, it was a re-count, twice, each time he "won" it was in question. My question is could he have won a re-vote?
I love my country.
Bush is embarrassing us. Bush is hurting my country very badly.
Blessings.

Polls reflect not much of anything but a small snapshot of a small amount of people at a particular moment in time. I believe that if the poll's question were phrased differently and given today (what with North Korea firing missles, Iran developing the atomic bomb and supporting terrorists in both Palestine and Lebanon, Israel being attacked from two sides, the further unrest in the Sudan and the recent bombings in India you would find a much different answer.

convinced and many interior the international considered Hitler no probability in any respect at one time. How did that tutor? If human beings equate action to unencumber a those who lived less than severe oppression an stronger probability than a united states of america who's madman of chief demands the destruction of yet another state overtly then i experience sorry for his or her delusional approach. Hating u.s. is a sport interior the international and it's going to proceed no rely moves we take, no rely what help we deliver and under no circumstances some thing short of entire appeasement will replace this. some thing else of the international has now determined they're actual to meddle in our affairs, pretty in a political experience. The hypocrisy is they rant antagonistic to us, yet have surely no difficulty taking our money and exploiting our markets to their complete earnings. until eventually we've invaded their united states of america or in some incorrect way threatened their sovereignty they only favor to options their own employer for a replace and allow human beings to options ours.

Are we creating problems with ghost stories or solving the problems out there.
Imagine what if someone with self lack of knowledge with misinterpretation and miscommunication with communication failures playing with the new found toy and suddenly drop it on the floor when you are not watching them playing with it .
Will you be around by then with your rudeness and self prides with self discrimination on planet earth.
Now what will happen to your little ones out there.
What about your new house and cars and all the loots .
How to enjoy life out there.
After all the hard work with sweat and tears.
So can you guaranttee it to yourself that someone will not drop the new found toy in your backyard.

Yanks? Hmmph!!! LOL! Don't worry, it doesn't bother me. My husband calls me that all the time.
Well, right now I'd say yes, that the U.S. (where I live) IS more of a threat than Iran. However that could change in the next 5 min. That's politics for ya!

So long as anyone wants to initiate force against another for any reason there will not be peace. This includes forcing someone to give up their hard earned money (taxes), forcing someone to not put certain things in their bodies (drug laws), forcing someone to live by the ways of your religion, etc.

Who are you kidding? You're the one asking these questions, but really using them as propaganda:
Much of the world thinks the US is more of a threat to world peace than Iran. What do the Yanks think of that?

You are Anti-American, we see that. You are pro-terrorist, we see that. Happens most of the world doesn't use the BBC and Guardian, both leftist sources of news (who doubts that?) as their way to express themselves. Most of us express ourselves with our votes, and our actions.
That's why the terrorists are getting their rears handed to them on a platter, and most of them are hiding in caves, while their governments are increasingly denouncing them.
Understand, Islam is going through a reformation. The Revolution has come. Things are going to change, violently for the terrorists and those who support them, and Islam will survive, but not as an enemy of the West.
As an ally.

It's not our fault people are not appreciative for all the help they get. It has been proven time and again people can be mislead by polls as well, first of all, you have to be able to read and have logical cognitive reasoning skills. Like this:
I read your question, I logically have come to the conclusion you're a wanker.

Much of the world dislikes us ( The USA ) until they need our help.
Then we are the greatest thing since sliced bread.
Public opinion means nothing obviously.

I think we should keep it in mind the next time much of the world comes crying to us for help. Of course, then you'll complain that we're selfish. It's folly to do things just to please others, ya know.
