Do high-powered execs commonly massage each other? Were they just finished with an emotional exchange and he was trying a 'goodwill gesture'? I've heard spin from both sides, but I want to know what YOUR take on this was.

Well Bush thinks the whole world loves him and on top of that thinks he can do what ever he wants, so he probably thought this was another situation where he could do what he wanted, and he got !!!!!!!!!!!!! REJECTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The two are very close, they have become very good friends. The invite to Bush and the first lady to the Chancellor's private home was another sign of that.

I don't think it was a 'goodwill' gesture per say, as I don't believe a gesture is needed. I think it was a genuine expression of the mutual friendship the two share.

Umm... What do you mean by "emotional exchange?" Actually, it seems from the video that she was taken by surprise, even though she sort of ended up making something like a smile. I think it was inappropriate of him. It is generally an intimate thing to massage someone's neck and shoulders. Would you want your buddies doing that to your wife or girlfriend?
And what after the exchange with Tony Blair, now we also know that he speaks (salty) with his mouth full. What next?
