It's easier to find a parking space.
Besides, we space aliens enjoy the country more than the city, just like you. Personally I come here to go camping and pick up Earth chicks.
All city girls want to do is get loopy, show off their boob jobs and play hard to get. Country girls like to line dance with space aliens and hold my trombone while we look at the stars together.

well if UFOs and Aliens do exist, i think the would want to do it covertly. If you went to another planet, would you land in a big city, or out in the middle of nowhere where there is less of a chance to be seen?

I am in southern CA. there isn't any parking around here.
Just joking ,This could be to avoid jets being scrambled,and being
shot at. Also these "out of the way locations" have very little air
traffic,often none at all.
