Okay actually what I wanted to share is this interesting story. Last night I was with some people, two to be exact. A couple, I'm the friend. So we were relaxing, talking and smoking a bowl. Suddenly I realized we were all involved in a power struggle. The only way I can describe it. He would say something that would hurt her, just a small barb. Not even something she picked up on. Just a negative statement about whatever she had said, but what was said could simply be described as a practical view of the situation. So it wasn't even noticable. But I felt the energy being sucked from one to the other. Then she would say something in response. If it was positive or another negative she could suck the energy back. If she choose not to respond he kept his gain. I saw how I could steal or give energy. With just a comment. I could readjust them. At my cost. Then I realized I could readjust without any cost. I just had to create the energy. Then give it.

Smoking weed can make you more aware of such power struggles. But actually, existence is one big power struggle. Everything is will to power. Like a society, a glass is a power structure consisting of relative unities whose power struggle has stabilised. But you cannot "create" energy. You can imagine that you do, but it must come from somewhere.

I read something like that in The Celestine Prophecy way back. When 2 people are angry and/or fight, they take each other's energy to replenish their own.
