Yesterday when i was playing FIFA 06 on my PC and it randomly crashed so i restarted then my screen randomly turned off. Now whenever i reboot it clicks once to turn on then another time to turn itself off. I've changed the fuse and the plug to a working one but still nothing?

1. A motherboard has nothing to do with the monitor itself.
2. It isn't the video card either. There is no video card in a monitor.

a monitor is the computer screen.
You will need to get a new one, I had this happen to me 4 years ago, I tried everything to get that monitor to work and nothing. Went down and bought me a new one and it works great.

to check if the issue is with the monitor or the system tower, what u do is disconnect the cable from the tower to the monitor and have only the power cord to the printer connected. power it up. it should show u a screen that says monitor self-test. check the screen out, if it has any blurring or if it wont come on, then ur monitors gone bad. if not u could try checking the video card and all. open the chassis and have a look for any burn marks. take the video card out and restart. that isolates the video card. if it is still not coming, ur motherboards gone dude. all the very best.

possibly the video card.
also possibly the monitor went bad.

if the computer still seems like it boots up then that is most likely the problem

if the computer doesnt beep and the lights on the keyboard dont flash when you turn on your comp then its either motherboard memory or processor
