I would give preference to intelligency and good attitudes as well as beauty

To see is his Beauty, bcs. it can be seen and brain cannot.
Regarding preference then obviously brain only if the person is intelligent enough.

At first look, one can not look inside somebody brain. It takes lot of time to reach somebody thoughts, emotions, passions. For me, in first look beauty matters. For longer relations, brain with a proper blending of beauty is reuqired.
