Bangaluru (Bangalore India) means boiled beans. A lost king in the jungle was fed boiled beans by an old lady hence the name Bangaluru.

Not heard about stuffed beans, crackers and fried chicken, but I've heard people calling others bananas (Chinese, but wanting to be white) and aubergine (a black person wanting to be white).

probly summat to do wit the types of diet they eat. But that must be a stateside thing. Over here in the UK, white people are called white or european, black people are called black or afro caribbean or african, asians asian, chinese, indian or pakistani and so on.
