No!
I would advise you to run 3-5 days weekly between 5 and 10 km. depends in how good shape you are. Your muscles need rest in the days when you dont train. Also, you should run on ground or grass to protect your ankles.

I think run 10km everyday is pretty long distance, we need enough work out for our health. Depend on person. I think 5 to 7 km would be enough. Over practice could be harmful.

Yes.
You should make sure you are practicing good running form. Also, make sure you gradually increase your distance. You want to do this slowly because the stresses you put on your body will stengthen your bones, but if you do it too fast, you can get stress fracture and actually weaken them.
In the military we ran 4-6 miles daily. Some units will run 8-10 miles or more!

Yes it is very healthy to run 10km per day
Unfortunatly its how your joints, particularly your knees and hips react to this sort of punishment.
My bet is in 10 -20 years time when your joints start to suffer, there will be excellent treatements to fix them up. So if you are under 30 years of age and are fairly thin person then I say go for it.

If you work up to it gradually, perhaps. I mean, it's good, but if you try to do it all at once, it may cause your body stress that is not good.
