Okay well you possibly have stepped over the line in regards to teacher student relationship. Yes you can be friendly but to maintain a friendship well it's not usually a good idea. You may wish to practice being a little more professional in your dealings with them. You may not be able to repair any damage done in this situation and if you chose to move on to a new job do not make the same error. Teach what you must, advise where possible do not give out your number and be aware of your own behaviour so you are not attracting disrespect. Keep it professional and just be friendly but not interact as friends, it just isn't done that way these days and you are asking for trouble. Change your number and do not give it out to them, talk to them if you must and realise they are younger men with alot of testostrone and have not grown emotionally therefore their behaviour will be inmature and disrespectful. We learn by our mistakes and errors of judgement.

Sorry to know that, that you are a teacher and still student think bat about you, thing is that every teenager or youngster in a more complex traditional society will think of there fantasies on opposite sex who ever they meet, they try to imagine things what is really not there, you may would have be really close to them, you close relationship with them would have made there fantasies alive.
My word of advice is if you don’t conduct your self with maturity in the way you approach them you are going to have problem with young guys , so try to first build up your respect and start close relationship with young guys
Be cool,
All the best

Yes, as student you have to communicate with them but you have been way too friendly with them. You must know how to draw a line in your teaching profession to gain the respect from your students. Your age gap is not a great different so you must even be more cautious about your actions. Ignore them about the bad gossips and perhaps you can even tell them to stop their bad attitude of gossip as you don't like it. Just apply your authority as their teacher then you will regain their respect for you.

i am going to allow you to understand about yet another type of dissatisfied.... A abdomen dissatisfied, Neil Smith an English batsmen actual became bodily ill on the cricket pitch once in a international Cup in 1996 vs UAE. As for genuinely upsets, i am going to pick a distinct one. Zimbabwe beating Pakistan in a try sequence in 1996. Zimbabwe had yet to win a try tournament in 11 the had performed confronted a Pakistan aspect who had purely beaten Australia and South Africa. yet Zimbabwe desytroyed Pakistan in 4 days by technique of an innings for there first ever try win. I nevertheless imagine Irelands win over Pakistan became truly better magnificent than this, yet i purely had to be distinct :>)

If I understand this correctly, you are their teacher and if they are treating you with disrespect you need to go through the chain of command first starting at the school. Talk to the Dean and tell him what has been going on. You should not have to lose YOUR job because of a few childish students. Stick up for yourself and your job.

there's this gnawing emptiness in my heart
i don't know why
its that old feeling again
of being surrounded with friends yet feeling so alone
my heart's so heavy; its sinking
i find it difficult to breathe
i laugh but actually i cry
life's a stageplay
close the curtain on me

Try talking to them, maybe they just need someone to talk to. But if it still continues, try letting others talk to them. If there's no changes, try to find another job, but only as a last resort. ^^

treat them nice, just the same and try to reach out to them. They just lack attention. But you have to be able to set limitations ok?

the problem is age
they don't respect you as a teacher, they think of you as one of them.
find younger students if you aren't comfortable.
