On people who throw acid on others , and spoil their whole identity?

Why waste taxpayer money to feed them in jail? Why not we all just throw the acid back to them and let them feel the pain they cause!

Throwing acid on one's face is a crime. It results to serious physical injuries and should be universally considered as a heinous crime.

no need for international law, every country has a criminal court since it is definitely a criminal act, usually it is based on jealousy, anger and financial problems.
